Fax Server using NRS to PSTN

I have an issue with a new fax server using sip. Programmed NRS and I can call inbound to the fax server either dialing ten digits or 4 but can't dial out through the CS1k to PSTN. From my virtual dchannel messages it looks like the call is failing as the call type is unknown. I tried to change this using a dmi but still no good. I think I may have missed something in the NRS as far as routing????

So call comes in from SIP to the CS1K and then to PSTN on PRI? If so do you have the DCH messaging from the SIP and PRI for a failed call?

Has the routing in the MRS entered the access code?
You can open a monitor on the D Chanel of Virtual Trunk then you see if the call to call server works or not.
That should be enough for the first analysis.
