I just installed the fax server service from microsoft on a seperate windows server 2003 r2 computer to help save us some money, and im hopeing someone can help me or point me in the right direction.

When you send a document to the fax printer from a client and you send it normal priority it just sits there saying pending, but if you send it high priority it goes out immeadiately. How do i fix this or what setting do i change?

Ive noticed that a user has to be logged into the fax server for it to recieve any faxes? Why is this, and how do i change it as i do not want to leave anybody logged onto this server unless i have to. I did create a temporary admin user and logged that account in and then locked the server so that atleast we could recieve faxes.

Also sometimes i noticed it has problems sending sometimes and when something fails it doesnt retry that i have seen. I have the minutes between retries down to like 3 minutes, but it doesnt seem like its retrying.

I dunno if this was the right place to post this, and hopefully someone can help. If its not the right place let me know so i can move it.
