fax server issues 1

Hi all,
Has anyone interfaced a brooktrout E1 fax server with a TSW sytem.
I have used the following but I am not having any luck.

The licence File is FAL104507.

the routes I have configured are as follows:

when I try to active the trunks i get a msg pointing to license issues.

ROEQI:ROU=85,TRU=005-01,EQU=005-1-30-01;
NOT ACCEPTED

LICENSE IS NOT AVAILABLE


However there are 30 free of the license's the maker of the Brooktrout card has recomended FAL104507 for install.
should I may be just try QSIG????????

FAL 105407 = EXTERNAL-LINE-ISDN-NET

so you must configure your route that way:

try these parameters:

VARO = 44310000
VARI = 16800000
VARC = 00000350

oops, small error

VARI should be 15590000, if this doesn't work try 15510000

Thanks for the help.

I I belive I have it working now.
But I keep getting a class 3 alarm as normal, change the TX and RX pairs around and it does not clear,but if I put my loop back plug on it clears. checked all cable to the fax server all OK. which only leave the fax card config.

so I will get on to the I.T dept..
