For all those who tried to help me with my past fax server problem with a Magix, it's fixed. It was a fax server issue and the calling group had to be set up as a integrated VMI. I know a few had said to set the group up as a couple different ways and AVAYA "Doesn't support this!".
I set my adjuncts to match the DID's and put them in a cover group and cover delay set to 1 ring. Had a calling group with that cover group set. Set it as linear, integrated VMI and put the analog ext.'s in as the members. Make sure the analog ports are not rotary enabled like how normal voice mail ports are set like. That's key.
Some fax servers do need software patches to work with a Magix though, because of how a magix passes digits. Check with the fax server company if it supports a magix. We're using Castel and it's working great.
Thanks to everyone for the help.
