This sounds like a question for FaxPress...I don't think there's any limitation in Access.
I don't know how you log on to Faxpress, but if you log on as a user and that user is somehow 'Admin' (Access default user), and maybe faxpress is limited to one user-session at a time, then you can create new Access users and open each access instance as a separate user. Other than that, it's Faxpress' issue.
