Fax Overflow mailbox 1

How do I set this up. I was reading the documentation and it said to select FAX OVERFLOW from the mailbox type in CP manager .. it doesn't exist.

I have the fax messaging key code installed.

Do you have the fax overflow keycode installed? You'll need that to make it work (unless you bought the fax suite which include overflow, fax messaging and fax on demand).

I just have fax messaging ... Is there a list somewhere of all the "keycodes" you can have and their function? Everyday I am finding new stuff ... arg!

Might be on Nortel's site somewhere, check under the BCM product info.

Fax messaging will allow you to send/receive faxes (works in conjunction with unified messaging). Overflow works well, but needs the additional keycode to be able to build the fax overflow mailbox.
