Fax over IP -FOIP?

Does anybody know if there is a fax over IP forum anywhere?
I am trying to find a software/hardware solution for my field people with laptops who are using Sprint wireless cards to connect into the internet, I want to find a software solution that allows them to send a fax over the internet to a central fax server, which then sends the fax out over a regular phone line(s).
The Sprint wireless cards give me a TCP/IP connection, not a dial up connection so I can't use something like Winfax, though that front end is close to my ideal user front end.

I have used ISOfax by the Bristol Group, to fax POs issued by our purchasing group. The client API created faxes that were a perfect imitaion of the former paper POs, then sent them to the fax server, where 4 modems rotated sending them out.

There is a GUI client, which we did not use, as for our firm this was a dedicated PO modem bank.
