Fax on Citrix servers

Hello- we're getting fax errors on users when they start a Citrix session. The other printers are fine cos the drivers are installed. The NT fax driver doesn't work.
Q: Is faxing through Citrix servers a bad idea?
Q: Will installing the fax driver on the server cause horrible issues?
