Fax/Modem install but unable to send fax

Hi Everyone,

I have setup a 56k Robotics fax/modem on a Windows 2003 Server; but can't seem to fax from it?? I have checked COM port... and the modem was detected by the OS when I started it up.

I have run a query on the modem through its properties and all seem fine. Not sure what else to do...??? When I try to send I get a message stating "unable to send page" I need to have this setup for my users on the network to share from this server...

Can someone please help?

Just a quickie, Are you sure the Fax Services is installed from the Windows Add/Remove Applet?
