fax messaging

Any pointers on how to get this to work? I have set up a acd pointed to callpilot. I have built a phantom 500 port with my desired dn, and made the FTR to DCFW acd?

When I call my phantomn fax all I get is the callpilot greeting.

i perfer maxp 1 acd ncfw to mail.. your vsdn in mail needs to be your forward target.. if this is an application then add the dn to you vsdn table..

if 7000 is the number you call to check mail then dial 1234 and mail will look for that number, 1st in the vsdn table pointed to a menu then, if it's not there it will look for the mailbox.. the forward target looks wronge, if your forward target was right, the mail should say that 1234 is not a subscriber to this service

DCFW 4 to MultiMedia Messaging DN, not the main DN to CallPilot
