Fax Messaging thru App Builder

Does anything extra need to be configured for Fax Messaging to work when ur using App Builder?

I still can't seem to get the sending of my faxes to work. When I dial into the system I can dial to a mailbox, but then the "CP Lady" says that the mailbox does not have fax capability? Any ideas??
