Unified Messaging and Fax messaging applications installed.
Problem: When trying to send fax from desktop only one page goes thru no matter how big the document is, other end receives the one page, and in my inbox message shows non-delivery.
This problem only seems to happen with a PRI going through Integral Access/versipak box. Has anyone had a problem similar to this? It's taking forever to troubleshoot, and all indicators point to a problem outside of the BCM, but how to prove that to the customer?
I have checked all of the obvious things, and Level2 Nortel engineers are looking into it as well. They seemed to think it was a clocking issue, like my DTM clock source set to Master, but it's set to Primary.
