Fax messaging on Callpilot 5.0

Hi,
I am trying to configure fax messaging on Callpilot 5.0. I can received faxes but unable to send fax.
any help is appreciated.

When i telnet to the SMTP server I get this: 421 CALLPILOT.yourdomainname.com(137.135.128.128) I am busy. Try again
