Fax line routing

We have an IPO 403 and we want to pool our fax line with the other voice lines. I understand the AVAYA Partner product could route incoming faxes based on the fax tone to the fax extension. Any idea if the IP Office product can do this?

I'm not sure if it will or not (I don't recall seeing this in any documentation). However, you can put the FAX line in the same outgoing group as the voice lines, but in its own incoming group then set up a call route for that group to route to your FAX port. If you need instructions for doing so, let me know.

Currently not, a fax call won't be distinguished from other calls on the same line. However Voicemail Pro 2.0 does contain fax tone detection and will be available soon.
