Fax issues

[teletechman]

I have a customer that has a PRI and when they dial a specific number from 1 or their 2 fax machines it will not send the fax. I see the call connect in SSA and then times out and is disconnected from the far end with a cause code of 16 normal call clearing. I have rebooted the phone system but that made no difference. The funny thing is that their other location can send faxes to this number and if you call it it will answer with a fax tone.
