I rec'd the following from one of our Project Coordinators about an fax issue. Customer has BCM 3.6 with Unified Messaging. Wondering if anyone has an idea...
"When they send a group fax (there are 2 locations), both with the same NXX that are receiving multiple faxes and the sender is actually receiving a delivery failure to both locations. It sounds like the receiving end fax machine is not sending a confirmation back to tell the Nortel Fax that it received the document. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?"
