We have run into the following problems on new Xerox WorkCentre 5855s
1. When using a Xerox Phone Book(.xpb) file with over 200 contacts, a message appears stating that the limit is 200. (This is ok...we can live with this message).
2. When using a .xpb file with over 120 but less than 200, the entire job gets terminated at the machine with an error code of TS (Terminated by System).
3. When using a .xpb file with less than 105, the broadcast report the next morning will only have somewhere between 49 and 57 listed on the results. (We have tried between 84 and 100 contacts at different times). Last night I had one of the ladies try to send out a notification to 84 contacts, the broadcast report stops at 49. It does not state if the remaining 35 failed or succeeded.
I’ve been in constant contact with Xerox technical support. They’ve upgraded the software on all machines, which didn’t resolve the issue.
Has anyone had any similar issues that they have been able to resolve?
