Fax Finder on MiVoice Business

Hello,
I have a fax finder that I can only get registered to the MiVB as a SIP extension. I am trying to forward (in a bunch of different ways) DID's to that registered extension. The problem is I get caller ID from the call coming in but I don't get called line info so I can't route calls to different places. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Or if someone tells me it needs to be setup as a SIP trunk that's fine too. I just had lots of problems and never got it going as on a SIP trunk connection.

Only have set these up as sip trunk connection, not sure as an extension routing will work
