Fax Finder on Citrix

First off I am not a Citrix guy but a phone guy.

I have a customer that is running Citrix (supported by inhouse IT staff). They are running on 2 servers and we installed the terminal services software on both. We are getting different problems with everyone that tries it. The most common problem is when someone selects fax finder as a printer it doesn't pop the 2 window up where you enter the fax number to send to. Does anyone know of a setting they might want to change to get this to work?
