Fax extension not working on Legend with Merlin Mail

Hi all, I have a Merlin Legend rev 1 with a 4 port Merlin Mail r3 that answers all incoming calls with the Auto Attendant. I am having trouble getting my fax extension working. I have an 012 module, and the jack the fax is plugged into is #21 which is Ext 30 on my dialplan. I have set up the Aux Equipment/ Fax/ Port to 21 and set the Fax Extension in Merlin Mail to 30. I can dial the extension of the fax machine internally and get its modem, but when I fax from outside, the AA starts to play my menu, then stops when it hears the fax tone, I don't hear anything for awhile (except the sending fax making its fax tone), and then I hear Merlin Mail saying that the Fax is not available, try again later.

I have combed over my manuals and this forum; any help or insite would be appreciated!

In you aux equipment settings, I believe that the extension is entered instead of the port number.

That part of WinSPM is a little confusing since the option is Port, but when you Inspect it shows what you enter as Extension. I agree that it is extension, but whichever way I try it I get the same error message from Merlin mail "The fax is not available, please disconnect and try again later" or something close to that.

Any other ideas guys? Appreciate the help!
