Hello everyone,
Having the hardest time getting this feature to work at a job. Have covered the obvious programming features i.e enabling fax detect on co lines and assigning ext 148 as my fax port but getting nowhere. Sometimes I get the fax working but then regular calls don't come through and vice versa. Vodavi tech support is a waste of time. You wait forever and then get connected to clueless techs.
Has anybody out there got this to work? Any input much appreciated. Thanking you in advance.
