I am trying to use our company fax cover page in Nortel desktop faxing. I have scan the document in and saved it as a .tif file under nortel networks\callpilot\cvrpages directory, but when I go to send the fax I don't see my cover listed nor can I browse to it if I save it in another location. I have tried renaming the default cover.tif file and replace it with ours but no luck any suggestions on how to get this working would be great.
