Hi,
Our fax machines have an option to choose the line type.
There's PSTN, PBX and ISDN.
Which should I be using when the fax machine is connected to a PSTN module on a PBX connected via ISDN2e ?!
Since we moved premises and switched from ISDN30e to ISDN2e, we've been having problems sending/receiving faxes.
I read somewhere that changing the clock sync on the ISDN lines from Network to Fallback can help with fax problems. Anyone got any experience with this ?
Phatty.
