Fax Buffer/Overflow in Call Pilot

I'm trying to set up a fax buffer for overflow faxes when fax is busy in Call Pilot. I have 1 department fax that needs this set up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you can buy a buffer for your fax over flow, or a fax server that handles multi lines. additional cp ports is the cleanest way to go

You will need to build a seperate MB for that Extension. Then set HUNT to the CDN for FAX, you should have 2 CDN's one is for the voice the other is for FAX. Then set the Class up for a FAX Buffering, in 1.07 there is a default class of Service for this. Use the CP help and documentation for more information.
