I have an unusual problem. I have a MICS at one site with a fax on an ATA, 3151. The other sites telephone are connected via a multiplexed T1 with MCK/Citel 6000's. The second site has two faxes. They are 3128 and 3125. Fax 3125 can fax to 3128 and 3151. 3151 and 3128 can send to 3125, but 3128 cannot send to 3151 and 3151 cannot send to 3128. It use to work. Fax machines have not been replaced or changed. ATAs have not beem replaced. MCK/Citel's have not been changed. I simply cannot account for any changes. Anyone have an idea where to look. Faxes appear to go, then we get a cannot complete printout from fax, communications error.

Thanks,

Wayne

Try to call the ata extension number with a butt-set or analog telephone...make sure the analog extensions are working properly first, and if so, then move on to the fax machines. Are your MCK ports dedicated? If so, make sure that they match on each side...
