Having trouble with a fax machine on a analog port on BCM 50 3.0. This is the setup, it is a school system with a 400 4.0 at the High school all other schools and BOE office dial out across PRI's at high school all schools have BCM 50's connected with H.323 trunks.
Problem is on the fax machines from 1 school, getting poor line condition when i try to fax to any machine. I checked and i could call to any phone and everything sounds fine, when i fax i keep getting poor line condition. changed ports even used external ata and still have the same problem. all systems are patched to date and t.38 fax is checked. using g.711 between all schools.
any ideas?
