Favorites not responding

Some users are complaining that we they click on their favorites, nothing happens. They're using IE 5 or 6, via Citrix MetaFrame XP on win2k server. Workstation is win98. Any ideas? Thanks!

Actually, it was the protocol in the citrix connection properties. The wrong protocol was selected (should be TCP/IP instead of TCP/IP+HTTPS).
