Favicons question

How can I create a 2 image favicon?
I just read that it is a good practice to create a 2 image favicon (16x16 & 32x32). The question is how?

I don't suppose it matters, but I'm using IrfanViewer.

Hi, IRview won't do it for you. You need a proper icon creater. Try Iconforge
