During a recent UPS cut over I had to bounce power to our CS-1000. After the 1st power up I noticed the XCMC card wasnt up and of course no analog phones were receiving caller ID info. I tried an ENLC on ld 32 and received an error that it could not see the card. I changed slots and re-programmed the CMODs in LD 13 and outed the old ones still no luck. Since I was about 50% sure it was the XCMC Card I took it out and gave it the good old "Nintendo Blow" and put it back in. It came up but still no caller ID info on analog sets. After the 2nd power down, power up cycle the card was down again. Repeated all steps above with no luck this time. Any thoughts before forking out the cash for a new one?
