faulty signal

Hi all,

I have a TSW SP5 system. I have plenty of errors on history as foolows:

After these I get high call rate alarm and sometimes LIM restart happens in the LIM. Does this faulty signal meaningfull. Can it be a faulty equipment?
 
With this imformation it is not possible to see the fault. The signal is an answer to ININEWCAL meaning that some analogue extension has hit the R-key (parking etc.). Now, in the faulty signal you can see that it jumps to illegal state, so it is most probably SW related. Do you have any special patches in ELP6 or RMP? If not, trace RMP when using the R-key. Make this during low traffic, the trace is otherwise too long. Before tracing, clear the history, and check that it is back after the trace is completed. Post it here, maybe we can find something....
