anyone can advise my 30 units of nortel phones are completely dead and i have no idea what’s goign on, any other member having this issue? I purchase around 1000 units on 27-May-08 (Manufacturing date) and daily one or two phones are getting dead n dead and dead.

checked with networks and didn’t find any issues internally as phones are getting faulty on all floors.

I posted on your newer post - we had the same issue too with 300 phones with 1-2 going dead per day ... good luck!
