I have a faulty Mitel DT433 atex phone, it shows the headset symbol on the screen (but doesn´t have any headset connected). When answering or placing a call, I don't have audio. I only have audio if I select the speaker.
I tried to factory reset the phone, with the advanced charger and WinPCM and also trough the administration menu on the phone, without success.
Is there any other way to reset the phone or something I can do to solve this issue?
