what the alarm says, its either a faulty board or whats connected to it is faulty/down

fcpli is correct according to Fault Locating Directions.
For addinfo1 = 5 "update of time on the I/O board has failed?" solution is to key the command CATII. Doesn't anyone read the documentation before posting questions?
