Faulty GJUL test.

Pleas help!
When I tested PCM line GJUL - GJUG the result was :

GJFTI:GSMULT=X-X;
BOTH SIDE SIDES FAULTY FOR GJC-G X-X
but traffic was normal,PCM -> OK.

Can I resolve this bug with restart some prog. unit or other?
