faulty digital ports on motherboard

have 2 x OSbiz X motherboards, bot have same issue - none of the digital ports work on motherboard and neither board recognise the OCAB booster card.
I have defaulted the system ,and tried both motherboards in different chassis and with different SD card.

Anyone else had this issue? and no a fix..
