001-0-50-08 087 B'0000000000000000 NO Yes
what does it mean line lock (no and yes )
what is the difference ?

Best regards

linelock on analogue lines happens when for example line is in short circuit or telephone is faulty. could also be a problem of your card. move extension to another (working) position should rule that out.

dear whosrdaddy,

actually, i didn't have any spare extension and this failure extension is no phone connection. i try to reset card but it's still the same. so please tell me what can i do then...

Thanks

hi all

it is info from Service Advices

Fault symptom
There are a few cases reported when the analogue extension board ELU29 may end up in a state where one or several lines are locked, and sometimes also ends up in continuous ringing. The problem persists until a restart of the board is done.
This could be valid for all BC-versions with these boards

ELU29/11 - ROF 137 5339/11 R9H
ELU29/12 - ROF 137 5339/12 R8F
ELU29/13 - ROF 137 5339/13 R8G
ELU29/15 - ROF 137 5339/15 R8F

Solution
Customers who are experiencing these problems should modify the board to the following revisions by a PROM change

ELU29/11 RYS 102 662/1 R7A - (New label of board: ROF 137 5339/11 R8H)
ELU29/12 RYS 102 662/1 R7A - (New label of board: ROF 137 5339/12 R7F)
ELU29/13 RYS 102 662/1 R7A - (New label of board: ROF 137 5339/13 R7G)
ELU29/15 RYS 102 662/1 R7A - (New label of board: ROF 137 5339/15 R7F)

Hi CHRIN1,

try to check those analogue extensions just in the board. Unplug the jack to the board and try with a phone. After that if you can send or receive calls, you´ve got a problem with internal wired to the end-user from patch panel. If you try directly in the board and the line is still busy, restart the board or request a lim reload.

Good luck

The extensions may also hang in busy state in DE .
Restart of DED (BC11/12) DEM BC-older , and ELP6 .
