Hi All,

What is this alarm exactly?

DATE: 16FEB09 TIME: 19:25:26
CLASS: 4
101 FAULTY CLOCK PROCESSOR
DATE TIME ALP NOIF EQU INF1
16FEB09 19:25:26 1 1 001-0-**-** 1
END

Thanks

It usually has to do with LSU board, please print the result of command:

LSFTI:LIM=1,FULL=YES;

Be careful as when you send this order, the users with active calls will hear a click on their handsets.

Hi,

It is:

SPONTANEOUS PRINTOUT
LIM SWITCH FUNCTION TEST RESULT FOR LIMNO 1
LSU CM : OK
AM : OK
PROM : OK
RAM : NO TEST PERFORMED
CLOCK : FAILED
HDLC : NO TEST PERFORMED
PCM-FREE : OK
PCM-BUSY : OK
BOARD PROM RAM FEEDBACK DB-ADDR P/U-SIGN FREQ
DSU 0 OK OK OK OK OK OK
DSU 1 OK OK OK OK OK OK
DSU 2 OK OK OK OK OK OK
DSU 3 NO CONTACT

So,

What shall I do, replace the LSU? What is this clock processor?
What if I don't? (The system is working with this error for some days)
Thanks!

you got a faulty clock processor on the LSU board, just like the alarm says. Try to reset the LSU board first (first make a dump and then pull out, plug in), if the alarm returns you must replace the board.
