faultcode 5010 or 5060 on LPU

I'm trying to startup a new PABX (single LIM system)
I've initiated all data in this LIM and made 2 REL backups via DUSYI. It's an BC12 system.
After disconnecting power for movement to new location, he doesn't start up anymore and 5010 is stated on the LPU display. Any ideas?

It cann't see a Reload directory on your Disk.

Did it ever reload from this disk eg. at the original location ?

I often forget to switch on the power to the disk.

I did a DUBDP and both REL's were made.
I didn't reload from this disk on the original location.
HDU disk is powerd up.

is it a new LIM?
if yes , make an INL dumb via DUSII from a working BC12 system, and use it to load the new LIM,send LIMDISP after and SFEXI to start your PBX
