FAULT-UNACC error on TDA100D with DHLC8 card

Hi, I need help with the below issue.

I had Panasonic TDA100 and wanted to change it because the power supply was giving me issues. So I purchased Panasonic TDA100D and I was trying to replace the DHLC8 card in the new system but I am unable to do so. I am getting this error msg " FAULT-UNACC" ...can anyone plz help me with this.

Panasonic TDA100D not supported DHLC8 (TDA0170) card.

Just replace with KX-TDA0172 (DLC16) or KX-TDA0171 (DLC8).
DHLC not supported on KX-TDA100D
