Fault Tolerance/Replication using WIN2K Advanced Server

Want to know if this is possiable.

Single domain control Server running on one network at location A.

Single domain control Server running on another network at location B.

Both are running IIS and AD DNS server, both DNS servers a primary

The second server at location B is acting as secondary to Server A.

Is it possiable to configure both servers so that if Server A crashes Server B can take over. I.E replication of services from Server A to Server B?
