Write the data on the label telling what system we are dealing with, and then...
Since valuable information is available just form the keysets and handsets -> It would be nice to have:
1. Make a [TRANS/PGM]+78 to see the licenses in your ipLDK or iPECS. Just post what the display writes.
2. Make a [TRANS/PGM]+72 to see the s/w version in your ipLDK or iPECS. Just post what the display writes.
3. Write the names of the boards in the 1. and 2. cabinet and the SLOT position (ipLDK).
4. A detailed description of the incident, and circumstances/environment where you observe the issue.
