hi
i got pbx ns1000 with 4 sites with ip extentions that connected to the pbx on main site.
everything work good,
but on one new site i got a problem:
all the phones fall for 1 second and go on quickly without loading and the call fall.
and also some of the phones freezing and not working and i need to make restart to the phone.
(i try to replace the switch)

Are they on a vpn or using the media relay.
What firewall are you using. Make sure all alg and sip helpers are disabled

Sorry. What is metro, it it a relay platform that uses ip routing?

its metro
site to site by the ISP.
(forti)

What type phones do you use SIP or MGCP?
Did phones registere for NS1000 via metro?
Is this the same subnet on which NS1000 is located?

its metro (vpn) they register to ns1000
its not the same subnet,
i have problem in 2 sites and the other 4 sites work well so its something in the network now i understand.
the IT didnt find any problem.

Keep Alive packets are sometimes lost.
Set permanent ping to IP NS1000 from a problem site.
How many packet will be lost?

no packet lost, the site work not all the phones stop working in the same time

Each KX-NT sends its own Keep Alive packet and waits for confirmation of receipt from NS1000. If there is no confirmation, the KX-NT freezes. How many phones there are, how many will be Keep Alive packets.

almost all the phones (in 2 sites freeze) something like 15 phones

I would look at the port 2727 udp, if they get blocked or ports changed by the firewall it will cause this issue. You will need to do a wireshark trace to capture what is happening at one of the phones

they dont block because not all the phone freeze together,
* when one phone is freeze the other phones at the same site working

It could be alg enabled or the router is changing the destination port at times.

We have had it on school networks.

The only way to see what is happening is mirror the port on the phone and run wireshark to see exactly what is happening
