Hi everyone!
My MD system sometimes appears external sources alarm with:
code 771: undervoltage
code 773: mag-offpower
At the same time, we measure external power then it is still good, U=54V.
We had to do two commands (ALDAS:CODE=771 or 773; ALDAR:CODE=771 or 773,CLA= ; ) then MD system has not got alarm again.
I don't understand, my system occasionally appears those alarm!
How to process those alarms!
Brs!

you just hide alarm with aldar...
both of your alarm is external power on your line check the port and voltage on your line (tl11)?

Hi,
Thanks inlsp05!
That's right, i hide alarm with ALDAR. But when i create those alarms (ALDAS) then result is above.
Although Voltage on my line is 54v.
Do it affect my system? How to affect?
Please! Give me some idea!
Brs!

In your case the alarm is coming from ALU2 board. These alarm outputs are created manually, and the text can be whatever. They are external ones, wherever the output is, maybe door is opened etc. Not usually from MD itself...

Hi,
I dont's still understand clearly about this problem.
Does anybody have other advice?
thanks!

The alarms are EXTERNAL and created by someone to monitor something external, the words of the alarm have been typed in by someone to mean something.

ALDAR the alarms to stop the monitoring, the fault is not on the MD110 - this is th advice already given, follow it ;)
