Fault code without alarm class

Hi Guys
I have this alarm comming in " 60 Fault code without alarm class" ALP 1 NOIF 1 unit ALR EQU 001++++ INFI 782"
I think it may be the CIL data unit or computer connected to that but am not sure the cil data is off Lim 2 and it looks like it maybe @ lim 1?
two questions 1. what is it
2. how do I put an alarm class on it and explantion.

Hi,
ADD INFO 1 contains the relevant fault code.
Here it's 782 which is an external source alarm, so at the ALU input 1-x-xx-x there must be an entry which is short-circuited.
