Hello,
Can anyone tell me "who is the father of networking?"
Please answer me.

Networking is a difficult concept - which bit of networking do you want?

Tim Berners-Lee is celebrated as the guy that invented the "Internet".

Bob Metcalfe created what became Ethernet when he was at Xerox before moving on to found 3Com.

Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone system which is essentially a network, albeit a voice only version.

Going further back to telegraphy which carried electrical signals from one office to another, if you classify that as networking, I don't know who invented that...
