Fatal System Error- please help!!!!!!!!!!

I used a registry cleaner program to find broken links etc. When it scanned the registry, it found about 40'ish, which i DELETED??? I obviously deleted some important paths as the computer does not boot up any more and reads the following message:

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error} The Session Manager Initialization system process
terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xC0000034 (0x00000000 0x00000000
The system has been shut down.

I do not have a recovery cd or have any knowledge of the BIOS system. I would appreciate some help in repairing this mess.

Is there any chance that you can boot to Safe Mode? If you were able to do so, most Registry Cleaners have backup and Restore options allowing you to reverse the deletions.

If you can't do the above, and you have no CD or Recovery Partition to restore or repair XP from your only other option might be the Recovery Console.

You may have to download files from Microsoft to put onto Floppies to achieve this if you have no CD.

You will have some access if you can load the XP Recovery Console onto the machine.

After jumping through all the above hoops you can finally try this fix.

Thanks to all for replying.
When computer is switched on, it attempts to load then eventually rests on the BSOD with the message above. During boot up, it does give me an option to get into BIOS.
Is it possible to click a restore point through BIOS?
Is it possible to place all previous registry values/numbers/folders via BIOS??

The BIOS now nothing and can do nothing to help repair an XP registry issue.

But you can restore the registry from a restore point. You just have to use Recovery Console to do so. Linney provided the instructions earlier:
