Fatal Signal/Exception Error. - Need help to resolve.

Hi

While running sessions in Informatica 6.2 , the session fails abruptly saying :

FATAL ERROR : Caught a fatal signal/exception
FATAL ERROR : Aborting the DTM process due to fatal signal/exception.

The same mapping was running fine in Informatica 5.2.
One thing to note is we were using persistent cache in 5.2 so is there some incompatability that we need to take care while upgrading to 6.2.
Could someone let me know if this error is experienced by someone before. What was the resolution.

Hi Rohan,

I did face this type of error earlier. By changing size of "Default Buffer Block Size" , I could solve this problem.

Check informatica help for more information on this.
