Fatal Exception

Just after machine boots up I get the blue screen and "A Fatal Exception OE Has Occurred at 0028:C0286885 in VXD IOS (04) + 00001101"

Win 98
72 Meg Ram
Pent (old)

Having problems with Paperport SW lately but everything else OK. Wifes machine, need to get it up and running ASAP!!

All 0E is a confilt between the G-card and the sound card check your IRQ's in "MSINFO32.EXE" and look under the confilct and sharing area. Then go into your BIOS and reconfigure the problem.
