I recently reinstalled Windows 95 - version A. I installed IE 5.0..a 16 bit version. I needed to install IE 5.5..a 32 bit version to work with Chase On Line banking. Found a site to download this program from. Had 170MB of space. Download only 85MB. Download 99% finished, then message "not enough space." Then major problem. I can start PC and get to desktop, onto internet no problem. When I try to go into Windows Explorer. Or to browse through directories looking to "run" a program, I get the Fatal Exception OE 0028 00000013 message every time. How can I fix this? Thanks for your help.
