fatal exception OD error
I purchased Half Life generation and updated Counter Strike from v1.0 to v1.4.
The problem I have is each time I start CS and choose 'Net games' from the
menu I get this message:
"SERVER DATA FILE favsvrs.dat MAY BE CORRUPT. REQUEST A NEW LIST BY PRESSING
UPDATE. DO YOU WANT TO REMOVE THE CORRUPT FILE? IF YOU DO YOU WILL LOSE YOUR FAVOURITES."
This happens everytime and it takes ten minutes to update. After the update when I have finished playing I exit by using the 'done' selection in the menu and the whole thing freezes and the only way out is to use the Task Manager (ctrl-alt-del). Subsequently this results in a PC restart.
Occasionally i have a fatal exception error 0D at FFF:OOOOFFFF. This may be a separate problem ! Thanks in advance if anyone can help me.
